A Quiet Place Part II (2021)★★★★☆

This one isn’t quite as good as the first one, but it’s still pretty good! I love seeing Cillian Murphy in post-apocalyptic horror!

It was interesting getting a little bit more of the “day 1” stuff (and I’ll be seeing even MORE tomorrow), and I liked the extra characters in this one. There’s still a lot of emotion and tension in this one, and definitely still some scary moments (and honestly, not all of them are creature-related).

The pacing in this one wasn’t quite as tight as in yesterday’s, and this one didn’t make me cry at the end like that one, but I think if you liked the first one, this one is definitely also worth a watch. We’ll see how things go tomorrow.
