Army of Darkness (1992)★★★☆☆

So, I like this movie okay. It’s definitely more “comedy” than “horror-comedy” and definitely the most absurd of the Evil Dead movies.

I particularly like seeing a young Embeth Davidtz. And there are some really classic lines in this one (“This is my boomstick” for example).

Overall this is entertaining but just kind of a comedy set in the world of Ash and the Evil Dead. I get why it’s kind of a classic, though.
