Boogeyman (2005)

This is a reasonably interesting take on an old story, but it’s too ambitious for its format.

The acting is good and the dialogue isn’t bad, but there are a lot of plot holes. It asks more questions than it answers.

Still, I found it entertaining to watch throughout the whole thing, and with a PG-13 rating it’s not too disturbing. I’d recommend it pretty broadly if you’re looking for something scary-ish.
