Cam (2018)★★★☆☆

This is another movie that I remember liking a lot more the first time I saw it. It felt a bit long and boring this time around, like it was trying to be too artsy for its own story or something.

I really like Madeline Brewer, and I think she’s great in this, but there’s not a whole lot of tension built up and the climactic scenes kind of fall short. The ending is a bit of a letdown as well, and maybe it’s just me, but I found it a bit confusing?

There’s a really interesting concept here, and I think this COULD be great, but the execution isn’t, so it ends up just okay.
