Crush (2013)★★★☆☆

So, there were a lot of familiar faces in this one, and I really wanted to like it much more than I did. I mean, Leigh Whannell was in it! And Meredith Salenger! And Reid Ewing! And Sarah Bolger! And everyone was pretty good!

But after the interesting start, this movie just moved so slowly. The story, the reveal, the things that happened, all of them were interesting enough, but it was so poorly paced that I found myself wanting tto watch it at 1.something speed just to get through it. And it’s not even that long!

It’s not a terrible movie, and as I said, it has some interesting stuff, but I wish it had told its story better. Or at least more quickly.
