Escape Room (2019)★★★★☆

I like this movie quite a bit, despite it doing that stupid thing of showing a scene from later in the film at the very beginning. Stop that! It’s not necessary! It definitely wasn’t necessary here!

But as I mentioned a couple of days ago, I’m newly interested in escape rooms, and aside from the deadly nature of this one, the puzzles were pretty interesting and I’m not less interested in escape rooms because of it.

It’s a bit surprising this was so interesting with a PG-13 rating, but I know I’ve liked several PG-13 movies before. I’m still not feeling super talkative, so I don’t have much more to say about this one. I haven’t seen the sequel yet so I don’t know whether I’d recommend that, but I’d mostly recommend this one.
