Night Life (1989)★★★☆☆

This is the first of at least a couple of movies on my list starring Scott Grimes. No real reason, other than I really like Scott Grimes, mostly since watching The Orville, and ESPECIALLY for the absolute best episode of The Orville.

I didn’t really like this movie, though. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. The pacing was way off…honestly the first 2/3 of the film are just “teen boy has awkward social encounters at school and work.”

Sure, the last 1/3 is entertaining and weird and creepy! But it takes a while to get there, and it’s not super fun on the way. And I like Scott Grimes, but I don’t like Archie all that much.
