Scary Movie 5 (2013)★★★☆☆

I’m glad to be done with this series, but honestly it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. While the Scream series all hover around 2 hours, these are all under an hour and a half. And they’re (supposedly) comedy, which makes them a little easier to get through one after another than some of the darker, gorier collections (*cough* Saw *cough*).

And similar to the Scream series, I rated only one of these below three stars.

Anyway, this was fine. None of the original cast, though Charlie Sheen and Simon Rex from the prior two films returned. I liked Ashley Tisdale in this! I hadn’t really seen her in much else, although she’s a main character in the Dark Pictures Anthology game House of Ashes, which I played through and enjoyed.

I’m glad to break free of Scary Movie tomorrow and get in to something new!
