Timber Falls (2007)★★★☆☆

This is a pretty standard “backwoods horror” story that I don’t have too much to say about.

(Mostly minor spoilers ahead) The acting was fine, the story was fine, even the pacing was fine (sorry, sorry, I know, more “fine”). I do like Beth Broderick, who was suitably menacing in this.

Honestly, the best part of this movie was the final conflict, so the last 5-10 minutes or so.

Unless you’re REALLY into “couple gets kidnapped by deranged family” movies, you can probably skip this one.
