Totally Killer (2023)★★★★☆

YES, finally, a recent horror-comedy that’s both horror AND comedy. And, y’know, about love and loss and family, so…I really liked it. Plus it has more Lochlyn Munro AND Julie Bowen AND Kiernan Shipka, all of whom I really like.

There were some frustrating moments where people make stupid decisions, but that’s kind of par for the course in any horror movie, and I think a lot of it was purposeful here.

The reveals were only somewhat predictable. The characters were likable. The time travel was fun. And it was only a little too long for me. I’d recommend this movie pretty broadly, for fans of Back to the Future as much as fans of horror!
