Nope (2022)★★★★☆

Okay, this proves you don’t have to be a short movie for me to like you. Just don’t fill the minutes with drawn-out slow sequences, I guess?

I am kind of glad I waited until now to watch this movie, and also glad that I managed to basically avoid spoilers beforehand?

So I won’t spoil it for you here. It’s long, but it doesn’t feel too long. It’s interesting, it’s creepy, there are some terrifying and fantastic moments, and I love the cast. Everyone in the cast. Even Wrenn Schmidt was a familiar face!

If you like Jordan Peele and/or you like sci-fi horror movies, you’ll probably like this one.
