The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning (2006)★★★☆☆

I can kind of understand why I decided to skip this movie in 2016, but it wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. No, I didn’t like R. Lee Ermey’s character any more in this one, and no, I don’t feel like this really added anything to the story.

But it was fine. Not too long, not terribly paced. A bit boring, or at least routine?

I like Jordana Brewster, but I didn’t believe any of them were from 1969. But it’s fine. You could put this on and not pay much attention to it and it’s fine.
