The Wicker Tree (2011)★★☆☆☆

Here’s a sequel I don’t think needed to be made, at all. It was so boring! I didn’t care about any of the characters, except MAYBE Peter McNeil and his raven.

I’d guess that after the Nic Cage movie came out, Robin Hardy (the original film’s director) felt it important to…have the last word? Or something?

(Spoilers…) Like, this movie was basically “hey, Americans suck, let’s kill ’em.” No additional context or story over the first.

Anyway, it gets a second star SOLELY for the line “WHERE IS MY BOWL OF EYES?”…but this is a highly skippable movie.
